Once an order is placed:

- You will receive an automated order confirmation email
- Orders are not submitted to the manufacturer or warehouse until payment authorization is complete
- For freight or specialty equipment orders, our team may contact you to confirm shipping details prior to fulfillment.
High-Value Equipment Orders
Due to the nature of our product catalog:
- Orders may undergo manual review to prevent fraud
- Additional verification may be required for freight forwarders or commercial delivery addresses
- If verification is needed, we will contact you directly by phone or email
